The Stitching Talents board works very closely with colleagues at Union College. Many of our team members are alumni of the college which has kept us close with the faculty and staff that helped founder, Ella, begin the idea for a school in Egyam during her senior year. We are greatly appreciative to our team members that are still students at the college that continue to get other students engaged with Stitching Talents. In January 2022, Stitching Talents officially began a partnership with coordinating professors and members of the community to continue our connection between Stitching Talents and Union College. This partnership allows us to create sanitary product packs to send to the school and provide opportunities for students to learn about the educational materials we  create for our students in Egyam. The conversations we have with college members keeps our ideas fresh. We constantly work to learn what more we can provide to our students and the Egyam community. Every team member and partner works to provide the women at Stitching Talents with opportunities to broaden their knowledge.
